Do I need to replace my POS?
Keep the POS you already use. PHYSALIA adds online commerce and connects supported store data. SAK/Forever and MJ connections are available after we confirm your setup.
Can I launch without connecting my POS?
Yes. The Online Store plan includes a branded catalog, checkout, pickup and local delivery, and an order workspace. A live POS connection is available on the connected plan.
What does setup involve?
We review your catalog, domain, fulfillment choices and any required POS access. You receive a launch plan and a one-time setup quote before committing. Timing depends on the work your store needs.
What can AURELIA help with?
AURELIA can help answer questions about your store data and prepare buying work for staff review. We agree the specific workflow with you before launch; preparing a buying list does not place an order.
What if my POS is not listed?
Tell us which system you use. We review available APIs or exports and explain whether a reliable connection is possible before recommending a paid integration.
