These terms govern use of this PHYSALIA marketing website. PHYSALIA is the retail operations and intelligence platform offered by Hyperlane Labs, and PHYSALIA Online Store is powered by AURELIA, Hyperlane Labs' commerce engine. A product subscription, POS integration, implementation, or partner relationship begins only under a separate written order or agreement with Hyperlane Labs.
Website use
You may use this website to learn about PHYSALIA, AURELIA, pricing, compatibility, and the PHYSALIA POS Partner Program, and to contact Hyperlane Labs. You may not misuse the site, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, submit unlawful content, or use its materials in a misleading way.
Information, demonstrations, and availability
Website copy, product images, demonstrations, roadmaps, and capability descriptions are informational. Final functionality, integrations, implementation responsibilities, service levels, and launch dates are defined in the written agreement for your business. We may change or discontinue website content and offers.
Pricing and promotional offer
Displayed prices are monthly platform prices unless stated otherwise and exclude taxes, hardware, payment processing, and custom third-party fees. The advertised 50% off POS offer is available to new retail customers who sign by September 30, 2026: $100 per month for the first 12 billed months, then $200 per month. Limit one promotional term per business. Eligibility, POS compatibility, integration scope, and launch readiness must be confirmed before enrollment. No purchase occurs by submitting a website form.
POS compatibility and third parties
Compatibility depends on provider access, interfaces, exports, credentials, data quality, merchant configuration, and agreed scope. Mention of a POS provider does not imply its endorsement, certification, or formal partnership unless we state that relationship explicitly. Third-party products and services remain governed by their providers.
Intellectual property
The website, PHYSALIA and AURELIA names, Hyperlane Labs branding, copy, product visuals, and software demonstrations are owned by Hyperlane Labs or used with permission. These terms do not grant a license to copy, resell, reverse engineer, or create misleading derivative materials.
Disclaimers and liability
The website is provided on an “as available” basis for general information. To the extent permitted by law, Hyperlane Labs disclaims implied warranties relating to this website and is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages arising solely from website use. Applicable signed agreements control product and service obligations.
Governing law and contact
