This policy explains how Hyperlane Labs, the company behind PHYSALIA, collects and uses information on the PHYSALIA marketing website. PHYSALIA is Hyperlane Labs' connected retail commerce and operations product; AURELIA is the automation layer for specifically defined workflows. This policy does not replace the data-processing terms in a signed PHYSALIA customer or partner agreement.
Information we collect
When you submit a walkthrough or partner form, we collect the information you provide: your name, work email, business, number of locations, plan or compatibility interest, current POS if supplied, and stated goals. Our hosting provider may also process standard request information such as IP address, browser type, device information, timestamps, and referring pages for security and delivery.
How we use information
We use this information to respond to inquiries, evaluate product or integration fit, plan demonstrations and launches, provide requested information, protect the website from misuse, improve our marketing experience, and comply with legal obligations.
First-party site analytics
PHYSALIA stores privacy-conscious site analytics in its managed Cloudflare D1 database so we can understand page visits, referral sources, campaign parameters, crawler-tagged requests, and allowlisted interactions such as walkthrough requests and plan selections. These analytics use random browser and session identifiers, do not include form-field contents, do not store IP addresses in analytics event records, and are not used for interest-based advertising. First-party analytics run automatically when you visit and are not sent when a browser sends a Do Not Track signal.
Google Analytics
We also use Google Analytics to understand page visits, referral sources, device and browser categories, and interactions such as walkthrough requests and plan selections. Google Analytics loads automatically when you visit, unless your browser sends a Do Not Track signal. We disable Google signals and advertising personalization for this site, and we do not send form-field contents to Google Analytics.
Form storage, delivery, and service providers
Website form submissions are validated by the PHYSALIA site and stored in its managed Cloudflare D1 database for follow-up, together with the source page, available referring origin, and campaign parameters. OpenAI Sites and Cloudflare process hosting, first-party analytics, and request-security data. FormSubmit receives the submitted contact fields and a sanitized source-page path from our server to notify info@hyperlanelabs.com. Failed notifications remain saved for retry or administrator follow-up. Google Analytics processes only allowlisted interaction data. These providers process information under their own terms. We do not sell personal information or use this marketing site to run interest-based advertising.
Retention
We generally retain marketing-site inquiry records for 24 months. Deletion checks occur when the inquiry service processes new requests, and you may make a verified request for earlier deletion. We may retain a limited record longer where required for legal, security, or contractual reasons. A signed customer or partner relationship may require different retention terms stated in the applicable agreement.
Your choices
We respect your browser’s Do Not Track setting. You may also ask to access, correct, or delete information you submitted, or ask us to stop marketing follow-up, by emailing info@hyperlanelabs.com. We may retain limited records where required for security, legal, or contractual purposes.
Security and children
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no internet transmission is guaranteed to be completely secure. This business website is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.
